Bruce McColl

Director

Bruce has been with the firm since 2000 after working in various commercial management accounting roles. His extensive experience in regards to taxation and business matters allow an integrated approach to your accounting needs, including:

Bruce believes that close working relationships and communication are essential to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. He prides himself in being approachable and accessible to all clients. In his spare time he enjoys working with his stud cattle alongside his wife and kids.

Phillip Henderson

Director

Phillip brings to the table a multifaceted approach to accounting, being both a Chartered Accountant here at Henderson McColl & Co, and Financial Planner with Ironbark Wealth Advisers. His in-depth understanding of both accounting and financial matters enable a comprehensive service, particularly with Self Managed Superannuation Funds. His weekends are spent enjoying time with his wife and kids.

Bibiana Lappa

Director

After being with the firm for 12 years, Bibiana has recently come on board as a Director. Her role within the business is extensive and includes managing the office and staff, organising professional development and training, keeping our IT and internal systems up to date and developing trainee and graduate accountants. Bibiana is client driven, and works tirelessly to assist her clients with the best possible accounting solutions for their business. Her spare time is spent with friends & family and she enjoys attending country music concerts.
